Hello Burt_Kloppers,

welcome back to the Polycom Community.

Could I kindly remind you to follow up some of your old post's => here <= as not providing information if the answers received have address your issue or marking these as accepted solution will deprive other community users.

In regards of your new question to my knowledge only the GroupSeries has the capability to take a remote wireshark.

Depending on your issue the HDX logs may be sufficient but a real network trace can only be supplied by setting up a spanned port or purchasing a device like => this <=

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
