We are in mix environment with MS Teams.
RealPresence 500 joins as Teams participant via a gateway Pexip.
However users in the room using it can't be heard well even they go closer to the Mic Array still the voice is very soft. Any ideas on how to increase the Mic pick up? I'm investing in buying another mic to daisy chain but I'm not sure if it will help.
Any suggestions? Any Feature enhancement that will make it more usable in MS Teams mix? Or settings?
