Hostname not reflected on network

Hi Team,

how can I change my device hostname such that they show up on our network? We’re using juniper mist and have no issues seeing other brand devices reflecting their hostname properly. 

Currently it only shows up as MAC address as it’s hostname on our network dashboard. This is even after we made changes to hostname.  Same applies for x30,x50,x70.

I have NO idea how that Teams stuff works, but on a SIP phone you'd use

device.prov.tagSerialNo.set="1"
device.prov.tagSerialNo="1"
