HEllo,

 

I would like you to indicate me how can I record my visioconf from my HDX 9006 codec to my RSS 4000 recorder.

 

My codec don't have Multipoint option. I don't know if it's necessary to record some visioconf made between my codec to another site trought a multipoint call or if there is another way to do this.

Eric,

 

You can record point-to-point calls using the Multipoint Recording feature of VRR as described in RSS™ 4000 System User Guide -> Administrator Configuration -> Multipoint Recording.
