Hi All,  We have a HDX8000 running Release 2.5.0.8.  The HDX is controlled by a Crestron AV2.  We were trying to have the HDX Record output switch between the near and far cameras.  The record output is set to follow monitor 2 in the setup menu.  Monitor 2 has both near and far cameras selected in the menu.  When monitoring the Crestron program through Crestron's diagnostic tool box we can see the commands being sent to the HDX (via RS232) and the reply from the HDX that the switch has been made, but no switch occurs.

I have checked the release notes but could not find any information on this issue.  I do not want to upgrade to a later version of software unless we can confirm that this is a known issue and can be fixed with the upgrade.  I am new to Polycom and it is not out of the realm of possibilities that I may be doing something wrong.   Any suggestions? Thanks,  Larry

You have to have Dual Moniter emalution to have 2 moniters same time . I think you can have it only in one Moniter at a time . So try to record the moniter in which you have enabled dual moniter emalution.
