We are experiencing issues with multiple HDX7000 units not going to sleep (3 minute timer) after a call when using the Touch Panel.  This doesn't occur every time, but probably 30-40% of the time.

 

After disconnecting the Touch Panel from the network and rebooting the unit to force it to use the remote, it sleeps perfectly after each call.

 

We are on the latest version of software/firmware for the HDX7000, Touch Panel, and IP-7000 conference phone.

 

Any ideas?

Hello todd,

 

welcome to the Polycom Community.

 

Could you please provide the individual Software Versions as others here may not be familiar with what you class as the latest Software.

 

In addition the Community may be visited in the future and the reference to the "latest" Version will by then be no longer of any value.

Polycom support  just called me and said that engineering has a hotfix for this issue and is sending it to me today.

Can you share this hotfix?  I am on the same code versions you are on, and seeing the same thing with an HDX6000.
