Hello all,

I'm wondering if anyone else has been having this problem.

We have a number of the HDX7000 series systems with the standard cameras. Intermittantly, the camera will stop responding to the Pan/Tilt/Zoom commands from the remote. They will generally be pointed in some odd direction, and not respond to commands.

The only way I've found to restore function is to power off the codec, and then un-plug the power from the HDX for about 60 to 90 seconds. Once it restarts, the camera functions normally.

I'm guessing that it's a problem with static, or some other power glitch that causes the problem.

Has anyone else experienced this issue? Have you found a permanent solution?
