[HDX7000] Call disconnected issue

Dear team,

My customer using the HDX7000 codec and have a one issue.

They using the h.323 dialling conference, but somtimes disconnected call.

And they can see that popup "Far site has disconnected".

please check this issue and advise us.

You would need to open a service ticket in order to have the log professionally analyzed.  


Most likely it will be a network issue since the error says the far end disconnected, that is assuming the far end did not hang up the call.
