Hi...

 

Recently my group has bought some polycom product for VC. I'm using polycom behind Cisco 2800 with NAT configure and open all port. I've successfully to make outgoing call to my affiliate or sample directory. The problem is when receiving incoming call using h323 always fail, but if using sip is success.

Is there any experience with this problem?
