Hi,

We have 2 HDX 7000 systems with the most recent software. One is a point to point, the other is a multipoint. We also have the licenses for RTV on both systems for Lync 2013 usage. We have upgraded our Lync 2010 environment to Lync 2013 and all is working fine. The problem is this:

Multiple (up to 3) Lync users can connect to the multipoint system using audio and video at the same time. However, when both Polycom systems are in a video call, Lync users can no longer join with video via the multipoint system. They only have audio. The Lync client indicates that video was not accepted.

Seems to me this was different with Lync 2010. We could have a mix of Polycom and Lync connections at the same time with that version.

Is there a solution for Lync 2013 usage?
