I just noticed this morning that one of our HDX7000's is stuck in the initial boot up menu with an error code of EC07 "Video DSP memory Test Failed".  This device has been working fine for a number of years and does get powered down after  use.  It's running the SW version 3.0.6 which was updated in the fall of 2013.  You can press the red end call button for it to bypass the error but it just goes in a loop back to this point.  I do not beleive we have a current service contract on the device so I need a few suggestions on what might be the problem and if I can skip the "power on self test".  A simple powering down and unplugging the device did not work.

No luck with the links other than trying a restore which I have not tried yet.  Any more thoughts?
