We have a scenario where a HDX 8000 is in a call with another HDX room system and an audio connection to an outside phone line. The call works fine until a third HDX room inadvertently tries to call into the HDX 8000. At that point, the audio and the video disconnect.
The HDX's in question are configured for auto answer but do not have the multipoint feature enabled. My expectation was that the remote third system should get a 'busy' and would not be able to attempt to connect.
Has anyone seen a similar issue and/or have a suggestion as to the route cause?
It seems MP licence issue.have you uploded MP licence key in VC device?
what HDX software are you using?
You can try to set the Auto Answer Multipoint Video to No ( Admin Settings > General Settings > System Settings > Call Settings in the web interface.)
