Hello,

We installed an HDX 8000 and we have different video sources (PC, Document Camera). With have two Cameras (using Video input 1 and 2).  So we use  Video Input 4 to connect the PC and this works fine.

We added a DVI swicther Atlona DVI13 (http://www.atlona.com/3x1-ATLONA-DVI-SWITCH-W-REMOTE-CONTROL.html).  We connect the switcher output port to the HDX Video inpout 4.  But this is not working and we get an error message related to screen resolution.

Do any one knows that using this swicther is possible with HDX 8000?  if not what is your recommendation/advise about using a video switcher in this case?

Thanks.

Make sure the switcher is outputting a supported resolution according to the VESA standard.  The supported resolutions are defined in the HDX User's Guide for Room Systems, available from the support web site ( HDX support web site )

Also check the IRM (Integrator's Reference Manual) in the same location for other assistance with integrating the HDX into room configurations.
