HDX 8000 Update firmware software key

I cannot update the firmware of HDX 8000 HD, it's asking for software key.

This device is very old, and not supported by Polycom or partners, as the entitlement is expired.

 

What way to update to the last firmware version?

Current version is 2.0.3.3-2785.

I do not understand your answer. I have outlined how you can get a key based on your entitlement.

 

If you came here searching for a key for the latest software without entitlement unfortunately this is not possible.

 

The device is end of life but should work for what it is intended for. It is a SIP/H.323 endpoint

From our FAQ:

 

Jun 23,2014 Question: Am I entitled to a software upgrade?

Answer: A Software update to the same Version number but a higher revision is usually free. A upgrade to the next version number (example 2.x to 3.x) requires the codec to be in warranty or a valid service contract.

It is usually free to update software to a higher revision with the same version number.It is required that the codec is in warranty or is covered by a valid service contract in order to upgrade from version 2.x to version 3.x.

That's very sad, We have this hardware, but now it's useless.
