I cannot update the firmware of HDX 8000 HD, it's asking for software key.
This device is very old, and not supported by Polycom or partners, as the entitlement is expired.
What way to update to the last firmware version?
Current version is 2.0.3.3-2785.

I do not understand your answer. I have outlined how you can get a key based on your entitlement.
If you came here searching for a key for the latest software without entitlement unfortunately this is not possible.
The device is end of life but should work for what it is intended for. It is a SIP/H.323 endpoint
