I have just moved my HDX 8000 to our DMZ to take advantage of our 20mb Internet access.  I am able to make video calls until I connect my Touch Control to the DMZ.  I am able to pair to the HDX 8000 from the Touch Control, just not able to make video conference calls.  I am able to successfully place calls from the Web interface with the Touch Control disconnected.  My integrator has not been able to help resolve this issue.

Does anyone have any ideas or experienced this issue?

Thank you!

Our problem has been resolved.  By performing a packet analysis on the traffic we found that we were getting spanning tree errors occuring on our internal LAN switches before going out to the DMZ.  Bypassed these switches and replaced by a Cisco small POE switch and all is well.  Thank you for anyone that might have read this and thought about a solution.
