Wehave an HDX-8000, which users are reporting that the volume level drops on it's own. Looking through the logs (error and system), I have found some refference to the audio levels in the logs, but I can't tell if it is diagnostic info or the remote making changes. Does anyone know if I'm reading this correctly? Also the timastamp in the log deoa not match ther time on the system. Does anyone know if there is a FAQ or document exp0laining thse th me?
