This is usually caused by a Firewall locally or at the far end. Quick way to prove it is try calling another H.323 end point INSIDE your LAN on the same subnet & measure the results. If you don't have another H.323 End point download the free trial M100 software from support.polycom.ocm & run it up on a laptop with Web Cam, mics & spkrs.
