Hi everyone,

 

This is Gary Chan from Hong Kong, we have a HDX 7000 device and our customer also has HDX 7000 in vietnam, we found a huge data loss between us and sometime they can't recived our image durning on multi-site meeting.

I checked the log, our transmition has a huge data loss during in the meeting.

 

May I know how to solve this problem?
