HDX 7000 Unnecessary calls are coming

Dear Sir,


My HDX 7000 have in issue, some unnecessary call are coming during meeting/ non meeting by one number many time and gone connected, we discussed IT depart and share IP number which by coming call on VC unnecessary, and they told us this IP and VC IP Mapping by him NAT Configuration, but we check in VC Firewall is menu NAT configuration is OFF, IT technician saying it is your VC software issues.
