During Video call the image freezes and the system restarts automatically. I am having 4 BRI connections, kindly help

Is this system using ISDN only or is H.323 (IP) enabled and configured? I would test a call using IP to see if the same behavior existed. If only happens in ISDN calls I would monitor the call statistics to see if there are any errors.
