Stating the latest / current software does not help others when finding this post in days, weeks, months or years to come as they do not know what software mentioned was current at the time of writing.
Please therefore always post the exact complete build id of all devices involved.
Also are all of these on the same network and have you consulted as of yet your Polycom reseller?
- Are all of these dynamically managed or not?
- Have you downloaded and compared a Backup as of yet?
