I have a Super cluster environment running two RPRM and two DMA's. When I went to this new environement my HDX7000 running 3.1.11 starting getting these heartbeat timeout errors showing up on the RPRM. The HDX6000 and 8000 dont display the error in the RPRM.  I am running current software on my Polycom Infrastructure.  Can someone tell me why this is falling??

Hello @chyman

Stating the latest / current software does not help others when finding this post in days, weeks, months or years to come as they do not know what software mentioned was current at the time of writing.

Please therefore always post the exact complete build id of all devices involved.

Also are all of these on the same network and have you consulted as of yet your Polycom reseller?

  • Are all of these dynamically managed or not?
  • Have you downloaded and compared a Backup as of yet?

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.

Best Regards
