HDX-7000 End of sale/service or not

Dear Polycom team,

One of our customers has an HDX 7000 Polycom system. They want to know whether HDX7000 is End of Life/End of Service or not, so they can plan to upgrade by a newer model or keep the current system. Can you please give me the official announcement link about that? Thank you.

if you have a Polycom Support Login, you can check on your own under "Self Service > Product End of Life Search".

Most services will end around 10/2021.

I checked the support portal but there is no information for HDX6000 or HDX7000. It is not listed under the product End of Life.
