Hi everyone, I've some issue with 2nd monitor, I want to display the same image displayed on monitor 1. But I cant see that option on settings, 2nd monitor video format is DVI

How could I display exactly the same image displayed on monitor 1 on monitor 2?

Thanks

Hello,

So I tried this myself and got it to work on a HDX 7000 Rev C running 3.1.2. I couldn't find a DVI connection so I ran a Component YPbPr connection to both monitors.

This feature works until codec reboot/power off. When codec restarts or power on, there is not image at monitor 2 at all.

S/w testing - 3.1 - 3.1.2 HDX-7000. Trying different types of connections VGA/DVI/Component ....

Hello Martell,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

As Russel already replied this is a new feature and not knowing your current software version I suggest you upgrade.

@OVG, this is a current bug.

Not sure what this discussion is saying.

With the current software you can set Monitor 2 to replicate Monitor 1 image.  BUT it requires both monitor settings be identical, including the type of connection.

"BUT it requires both monitor settings be identical"

No, I'm working with 1st and 2nd monitors connecting to HDX700 via different type of interface - eg 1st monitor via YPbPr, 2nd - DVI or VGA or 1st monitor DVI, 2nd - YPbPr and so on (Image of monitor 2 was full clon of image monitor 1 with GUI )
