In HDX-6000 ,Eagle eye camera is not focusing in front ,Instead it turns back and focus back and we can't even control the camera with remote unit also....

Please try the following:

 

Turn the unit off

Reseat the camera cable

Turn the unit back on

 

This will force the camera to re establish communications with the CODEC.

Quick question. Are you using any kind of custom cabling?

Our Eagle Eye View Camera video image reversed. How to back it to normal view? I can't find guide from document.

Hello,

 

In order to reset the image on the EagleEye View, please perform the following steps:

 

1. Turn off the system.

2. Disconnect the camera cable.

3. Place the camera in the desired position, right-side up or upside-down.

4. Reconnect the camera cable.

5. Power the system back on.

 

Please note that you must disconnect and reconnect the camera cable in order to reset the image.
