[HDX 6000] not Behind A Firewall: Can Call But Can't Receive A Call

Hi,

I'm looking for help regarding an issue with a Polycom HDX 6000 not behind a firewall: h

Let me present you the situation:

Site A:

 Polycom HDX 6000:

• Location: KSA
• WAN_IP_A (FW WAN IP form ADSL Router Huwai HG8245 )
• LAN IP: 192.168.100.12  + gateway and DNS settings accordingly
• Network > IP Network > Firewall: 
• Fixed Ports: No + default ports
• NAT configuration: Off
• NAT Public (WAN) Address: Off
• NAT is H.323 Compatible: NO
• Address Displayed in Global Directory: Public

Site B:

 Polycom QDX 6000:

• Location: Cairo
• WAN_IP_B (FW WAN IP)
•  behind a firewall NSA 2400 

site B is fine as we have another Bracnch in dubai connected each other by vpn and we can send and recive calls 

Test:

• Site B calls Site A with WAN_IP_A: video and sound OK if Site B is not connect Behind firewall and site B have the WAN IP deirect assign .
• Site B calls Site A with WAN_IP_A: NOK => it's ringing on Site A but i no sound and video if site B is connected nehind Firewall.

Can anyone help me with this issue?

Have you tested each site to a test site?  Below are some numbers.  This for sure looks like a firewall issue.

Test your video at: 71.14.2.158 or 71.14.2.157
Digital Video Loopback at: 71.14.2.154
