When I am connecting my HDX 6000 to RMX 2000 the connection status is secondary!

If the status is connected it  means that the you can see the video on multipoint video conference.

If the status is secandary it means that the you can not see the video on mulitpoint video conference.

Any one knows this problem please share your kind information that how to solve this problem for your more information please see the attachment.

Hi there...

from the RMX - Getting started guide (which can be found here😞

Video Switching
In Video Switching (VSW) conferences, participants must connect at the conference line rate,
video protocol and resolution. Endpoints that cannot connect using these settings will be
connected using Audio only and their status will appear as Secondary (no video).
The video quality for the conference is determined by the conference video protocol and
resolution and it should be set based on the endpoint with the lowest capabilities that will
be connected to the conference.
• Available resolutions in Video Switching mode are: H.261 CIF, H.263 CIF, H.264 CIF,
H.264 SD 30, H.264 720p 30, H.264 720p 60 and H.264 1080p 30.

More detailed information you can get from Participant Properties -> Connection Status -> Video Disconnection Cause and Possible Solution (please refer to RMX Admin's Guide, IP Participant Properties).
