Hello all,
I'm currently working with a number of HDX 4000 and HDX 6000 units which all synch up to a HDX 5000 unit.
Recently I've had a problem with a unit where it is showing as Unregistered SIP and unregistered with gatekeeper.
Ususally when something is unregistered with the gatekeeper all I need to do is reinput the login details to solve the issue however it doesn't apppear to work this time.
I'm also not quite sure what to do with this SIP issue.
Does anyone have any suggestions for resolving this issue?

It is always useful to include the currently used software version as issues experienced may already be addressed in a newer release.

The HDX 4000 unit which is experiencing the issue is software version: 3.0.4-20259.
The HDX 5000 unit is 5.4.0.ER20.
