What shall we take bandwidth requirement for HD Call setup in system does it depends on make and model of VC systems .

The Admin Guide describes the various models and their capabilities.

Yes HD does depend on the HDX model. Some are sold as SD units.

Minimum bandwidth for HD models running latest software is 512kb.  Do not gorget to factor in about 15% overhead and any other traffic that may use the pipe. If there is other traffic QoS may be necessary.
