Hi , i am using Group series 700 with the hdmi camera 1 and camera 2 input. I have upgraded the system upgraded to 6.2.2 but still i am facing issue with the video. I have two 1 beyond camera connected to TX crestron nvx 350 and output is streamed to RX crestron nvx 350 which is connected to Group series 700 camera hdmi input 1 and 2 . i have reduced the resolution from camera and nvx still i am facing the video.
I have tried with my laptop to the Group series 700 camera hdmi input 1 and 2, i am able to see the video.Similarly i am able to see the video (RX) crestron nvx 350 on a monitor or screen. Can anyone suggest me how can i solve this issue,I have tried all the available resolutions on nvx.
