Group series 500 downgrade

Hello all,

I am using GS500 which is updated (6.1.6.1 version).

I want to downgrade it back to 6.1.3 version,browsing the file at the update package field via web interface manual updates.

It transfers the file and later it displays the message "the device is up to date",so it drops this downgrade.

Can i downgrade this device?

And if yes,how?

Should a place a usb stick at the back of the codec?

Yes, use an USB stick. Have a look at the Admin Guide, there´s a Chapter named "Installing an Older Software Version" that gives you detailed info.
