I have 10 Polycom Group 500 series endpoints on firmware version 6.0.1-340040.
I'm trying to enable remote logging on the endpoints. After inputting the IP address, the "Save" button is greyed out.
Does remote logging work only with RealPresence Resource Manager?
Try checking the Enable H323 trace check box. This turns on the 'SAVE' button. I had noticed the same behavior on my GS500 which is Not connected to a Resource Manager.

I have the same issue for a group series 310 in version 6.1.4.
What is odd, another group series 310 in 6.1.4 works...
I tried to click on "enable H.323" and/or "Enable SIP" but nothing changed.
Does anyone succeed?
