I am currently trying to register my GS500 to my Cisco Call Manager. I followed the steps on this section "Register a Polycom RealPresence Immersive, Room, or
Desktop System with Cisco Unified CM " from this guide (https://support.polycom.com/global/documents/support/strategic_partner_solutions/Cisco_Solution_Depl...).
Currently from the Call Manager perspective, the device is currently not registered with an unknown status.
From the Polycom perspective it says "Registration Failed".
I am able to ping from and to my Call Manager. Any ideas on what i am missing? I have followed the steps on the guide and verified that I completed each step.
