Using a Group 700 when connected to a multipoint call how do I control cameras for each site? I cannot figure out how to switch control from site to site. I have found when I connect to another Group 700 and an HDX 7000 It defaults control of the HDX only.

Hi Cytek-aaronb,

During a multipoint call being hosted by a system in the call, you can only control a camera at the far end that has a current active speaker.

take a look at >>Polycom® RealPresence® Group Series User's Guide   p.13   par. "To adjust a Polycom EagleEye III, Polycom EagleEye IV, Polycom EagleEye Acoustic, or Polycom EagleEye Director using the remote control"

Regards
