Group 500 stuck on Register screen

We had to reset our Group 500 settings due to an error. We get all the way through the configuration but the final step "Congratulations!" screen. We click on finish and the system sits and does nothing. Is there a workaround for this? We are in a disconnected environment and we can't connect to the admin webpage.

Can you try to perform a USB Factory reset and see if that helps?
