Hi,

 

The 500 group, works fine on hd one by one (the picture is in HD), but when I call another person (3 people in the meeting room) the picture automatically becomes sd, someone has gone through this kind of problem? All need to stay in the meeting room in hd multipoint.

HP Recommended

That is a works as designed.  The interanl MP is displaying an HD image on the display if all the far ends support HD.  The image coming to the host will be 1/4 HD and the image is composited into the HD image.
