I have a G500 (4.1.1)  that has been registered to the clients Lync2010 server. Directory has been configured as well. All of this registration was successful.

If someone using Lync 2010 calls the G500 from inside their network, you can answer and audio and video flows both ways. Everyone Happy.

If the G500 calls that same person, it rings the PC, user pics up and then on the client machine it says "starting video" and it does not go any further than this. No Audio/ No Video.

Does anyone have any suggestions or have run into something similar?

Thanks

Hi there 🙂

Try to capture the traffic with the lync debugging tools to see, why the call isn´t established correctly.
