Just recently purchased the HDX 8000 w/ Eagle Eye and SounPoint IP7000.

The system is outside my firewall and has its own IP address on a T1 line. When connecting internally to another video conferencing system (VSX4000) all is well but when connecting to any other remote site, they cannot hear us. Wondering what may be going on. Please let me know if you any additional information is needed. Thanks in advance.

There are are a number of possibilities ranging from they have their volume turned down to incorrect number of ports opened on the farend firewall.  You mentioned you have your HDX outside the firewall, is the VSX outside as well?

Since there are a bunch of issues here I suggest giving out support line a call and we would be glad to work with you to address the problem.
