Good afternoon.

Inherited such a thing as Polycom v700 video conferencing equipment:
Model: V700 (128)
software: release_ru 9.0.6.2-103 - 05sep2011
Mac address: 00:e0: db:0b:b0:83
Bootloader bootloader: 0.21.3 C. 07
I don't know the administrator password and the standard serial number doesn't fit.
When you try to do a system reset according to the instructions:
Systems-Diagnostics-System reset - when entering the serial number from the device cover, it writes that the password is not correct.
Registered, Downloaded 9-0-6-2-softupdatevsxseries and 9-0-6-2-softupdatev700vsx3000.
when you try to update the software, it asks for a key or software key in the file.
On the site in the section "Activation" Key code found this, but it does not fit, the "continue" button is not active in the program
Can you tell me how to update or reset the password without updating on this hardware?

Good afternoon.
I roughly understood. why it doesn't accept K code.
I have the firmware release_ru 9.0.6.2-103, and the new firmware release 9.0.6.2-103, without localization.
and the U code program requests it.

Where can I find localized firmware and\or U code to reset the firmware on the device on the website?

the screenshot shows the serial number of the device.
but when you enter the system still writes that the password is not correct.
