We need the progressive output of EagleEye III,720p or 1080p. Specifications of EaleEys III output in Administrator's Guide for Polycom HDX Systemss,Verison 3.0.5,page 3-16. The Polycom EagleEye III camera can provide 1080i 60/50 fps, 1080p 30 fps,and 720p 60/50 fps resolutions on all Polycom HDX room systems. Please help on this issue, thanks!

The HDX does not support 1080/60...  Only 1080/30....

You might also want to test camera settings of "Motion" (60) and "Sharpness" (30)...    That might help you get what you are looking for...

Our installaiton integated the Stand-alone EagleEye III cameras,no HDX involved,so how to set the output of camera to 720p or 1080p?

Is control command or control software available for the output resolution cofiguration?

I don't believe that Polycom documents the codes to change the EE III output.   It's all controlled from the HDX/Group system.
