Hello everyone, some help is needed

With a group series 500, wit Release - 4.1.5-180072, it is connected an Eagle Eye III (ptz) and Eagleeye IV, but there is shown only a blue screen, so, I´m not sure, if the EED doesn't works properly, or if the EED doesn't support 2 different types of cameras.
The group series must to recognise the EED even if no cameras connected on it?

Thanks..!!

Hello Ciceron,

welcome to the Polycom Community.

According to the Eagle Eye Director data sheet => here <= its compatible with the following cameras:

  • two EagleEye™ II
  • one EagleEye™ II & one EagleEye™ III
  • two EagleEye™ III

Support for the Eagle Eye Director was added in the RealPresence Group Series with software 4.1.3 or higher

I can only recommend to work with your Polycom reseller so they can ensure you are using the right equipment.

Please ensure to provide some feedback if this reply has helped you so other users can profit from your experience.
