Hi and greetings from Germany,
one of our customers uses the following setup:
- Polycom Group 500 (incl. EagleEye IV camera)
- Polycom EagleEye Producer for EagleEye
The problem is, that the camera no longer follows the speaker after idle standby mode and no content can be displayed via an external device.
This is only possible after disconnecting the complete setting from the power supply system and activating it again.
What can we do?

In addition, providing all details at the same time allow us to check logs or look up potential support partners if an issue needs to come into support. It also enables us to verify the entitlement for using features.
Most likely this would need to come into support as we cannot analyze logs via the community.

82144742F132CV was sold via ALSO DEUTSCHLAND GMBH back in 31/12/2014.
I am unsure if you stated this is a day 1 issue or not but this would need to come into support.

82144742F132CV has been purchased by our client in April 2019. ALSO DEUTSCHLAND is our distributor.
The german phone support isn't available at all.
So are there any ideas about the described problem?
