hi,

In the spec sheet for the eagle Eye 3 camera, it states the following output resolutions are supported:

SMPTE 296M 1280

x 720p60

SMPTE 274M 1920

x 1080i, 60/50

1920x1080p60 *

(not sure what the asterisk refers to, there is no reference at the bottom of the document!)

we require the component output to be 1080i 50fps but there doesn't appear to be a way of altering the output. The only options in the GS500 are Motion/Sharpness (no effect) and 'Power source 50/60Hz.

Can anyone advise if there is maybe a RS-232 command which can fix the output?

Thanks

Tom

There is no RS-232, or other way, to modify the output of the camera to the codec.  The input to the codec will be at the greatest it can handle so for the RealPresence group series it is 1080p/60 in NTSC countries and 50 in PAL countries.
