HP Recommended

I have setup a couple of dynamically managed enpoints through CMA, but my vendor support people are telling me they don't have any other customers that do that... I'm wondering if thats true or not since it seems easier to manage and seems to be the preferred way according to Polycom documentation. We're an enterprise and all of our units are in conference rooms for general use.
