We are trying to connect Group 500 with projector, which has only VGA port. Therefore, we use HDMI to VGA adapter to plug in to  HDMI Out but it doesn't work (no signal out, but this HDMI Out work well with direct HDMI Projector). Moreover, in monitor admin field, we can find only HDMI & DVI in Video Format drop box while Component & VGA not show as mentioned in manual. Do you have any suggestion on this issue.

Thank you in advance for your support.

HDMI and DVI are both digital.  VGA is analog.  You will need an HDMI to VGA converter.  There are many devices on the market (Google HDMI to VGA converter).

I have never tested any of these on the Group Series so I cannot comment on performance.  Also we cannot support any such device if it does not function with the Polycom product. Research before you decide and ask about return policy before purchase.
