Is there a way to disable G722.1C ?
We are placing calls through an SBC and we need to disable it.
There is a Diagnostics mode or Basic mode under Admin settings>network>call preferences that you can check to temporarily make your calls at G711 and h.241 compadibility testing mode. There are no switches to turn it off.
