i actually have several issues to ask about. I have just recently started calling outside our private network and am having issues. My network people seem stummped.

1-I am tring to call between two 700's. If I call the remote site, I get no video or audio from them.

If they call me, it just rings on my end and never picks up. I have called and been called by others on my network and outside of it and they can connect fine.  Statistics look good.

2-I call another 700 just fine, but they can't call me.

3-I can call out with my RP Desktop software and connect in my network fine. If I call outside of it, It will be connected for a while and drop.

Thank you!
