Hello, I have very little experience with the Polycom HDX set up we have in place.  I am told that two of the systems (two separate locations) installed were able to make ISDN calls.  In the last year we updated our PBX equipment.  Went from an S8700 connecting to G650s to an S8800 connecting to G450s.

Our Polycom video systems are connected to a Tandberg gatekeeper and are mostly used for inter office video calls.

An ISDN call was attempted recently, but it was not successful.  I've never seen an ISDN call take place and am not aware of how the system is supposed to work exactly.

Can anyone provide me with information as to how the HDX 9004 device is supposed to be connected to the PBX?  I traced the cable that comes out of the PRI port on the HDX and it is going to a MM710 card.  Does that sound right?
