We want to us the Collaboration Tools feature on an X series device (50/70) with Zoom enabled as a partner so we can occasionally use the device with a soft codec on our conf room PCs.
Our conference room PC is always on and always connected (in a few dozens of rooms HDMI/USB).
We are noticing that if Collaboration Tools is enabled on the back end when the devices reboot weekly as recommended by Zoom the Zoom app will not load when the device restarts and instead the X series device goes to BYOD mode and will not start the Zoom app.
Is there any way we can enable this mode and suspend it after a system reboot until after the Zoom app start? I guess this would be considered as a feature request…?!
