Welcome to the Poly Community.
There is no Backup as per se
What you can do and use is Poly Lens which is a free server in the cloud and use DHCP provisioning which will automatically download the configuration you defined after a factory reset is required
The best and quickest way forward is to contact our Support organization as the community is run by volunteers only.
